WESTERN SKY SHUT DOWN! IN MOST STATES - MORE TO GO
http://www.westernsky.com/ - there is a very apologetic from the owner of Western Sky who claims to be doing business on a Indian Reservation – well the 98 people who he claims to be helping were breaking the laws and actually only making pennies compared to what his company was making – on a $5,000.00 loans Western Sky would average up to $48,000 because the borrower would never be able to pay off the loan within a short period of time.
This greedy man just replaced the banks and mortgage companies that did predictor loans under a different disguise – why even the “MOB” did not charge this much interests – the MOB wanted you to pay the loan back so you could borrow some more – instead Western Sky wanted to repeatedly assault and batter it’s borrowers. Who due to the economy were desperate – even if they did read the fine print. If you really care about your workers – split the profits you made on the illegal loans – that should support them for at least 5 years!

First off, if you take a loan out with western sky, they are ONLY allowed to go through tribal court, and it is considered illegal in U.S. So therefore they cant do anything to you inorder to get payments back, they cant sue, US court system would throw it out immeditly, they cant garnish your wages or report it to your credit. They may threaten it, but they cant do anything but harrass you, and if you ask them to stop calling, legally they have to, truly hope this helps:)

Pressured Tactics!
They did the same thing to me. I was approved and after asking the customer service representative representative additional questions regarding the fees and doing the math Ideclined the loan.
They called several times to get me to change my mind and after I didn't they sent me a denial letter. I'm glad they won't be preying on anyone else.

I just received a call from 866-783-**** on a Western Sky Loan from 2012. I called the number back that came up on my phone, which was a Charlotte NC number.
They are claiming that they are trying to deliver paperwork to me to appear in court. I told them that this loan went through my bankruptcy case which finalized February 2013.
They stated that they spoke to my attorney office and they had told Western Sky that this loan wasn't in the bankruptcy.I have now called my attorney's office in reference to this. Just waiting for a response back from them.
I received a phone call from persons claiming to have legal paperwork to be delivered to my home address a couple of days ago, in relation to a loan I took out from Western Sky in 2010. I found it very interesting that while they have my address from 7 years ago, they showed no interest in obtaining my current address.
The caller had the hardcase act down to a tee, and came across very professional.
The big problem here is that the State of GA won a lawsuit against Western Sky/Cash Call/Delbert Services earlier this year, and all loans sold to Georgia residents have been cancelled. I've been in touch with the attorney general's office, and am waiting to see if any such legal paperwork is delivered today - if so it will be faxed immediately to the AG's office.
This is happening to me too I get a call with a tough guy and he ntells me I am going to get served. I am going to follow up with my state and see if this is a scam or legitimate
I called this number saying that I owed this much money, but I told them to send me the paperwork, she had told me that I have the paperwork right here in from of her, she said what do you want to know, all I ask was send me the paperwork, then she said have a good day.
